The Fruit Yard Lake Area events are served buffet style unless other arrangements are made in advance. There is an 18% service charge plus sales tax added to all bills.

For your special occasion, The Fruit Yard invites you to our beautiful banquet rooms or our breathtaking Lake Area. Our extensive suggestion list will help to plan the special event. We will gladly consider any special food or accommodation request you may have. Our policies are designed to make your event carefree and easy.
A minimum of $250 in food and beverage per event is required in addition to an 18% service charge and sales tax. An additional $250 surcharge will be applied for an event period of more than five hours.
A $250 deposit is required before the event and will be deducted from your final bill the day of your event. The deposit is refundable only if cancellation is made no later than 30 days prior to your indoor event. There is a separate schedule for the Lake Area.
Meal selections must be given at least one week before your event. Your final person count per entree must be given three (3) days prior. We offer a 10% variance on your final guaranteed count. Example: If your guarantee is for 50 people and only 40 arrive for the event; then you will be charged for 45 people.
One bill will be issued for payment, which is to be paid at the end of your event. We accept: cash, approved checks and all major credit cards.
The Fruit Yard is located on Highway I-32 (7948 Yosemite Blvd. and Geer/Albers intersection), 8 miles east of downtown Modesto, 6 miles north of Turlock and 8 miles south of Oakdale. Our award winning facility is on 44 acres of fruit orchards. We look forward to your patronage.
